Sonsino Turcan were introduced to to this private client through a property search agent. Having conducted a pre purchase evaluation on their behalf we then managed the Licence to Alter process and drew up a scope of works in collaboration with YAM Interior Design.

The strict freeholder requirements resulted in the use of electric under floor heating throughout along with a high end soundproofing installation.

The apartment utilises the entire 3rd floor of this Victorian conversion in South Kensington. High spec materials were used throughout including Tadelak wall surfaces in the bathrooms. The comprehensive joinery package was also delivered by Sonsino Turcan.

The project was presented as a “turn key solution”
