Sonsino Turcan worked closely with Catherine Wilman Interiors to internally reconfigure and renovate a stucco fronted townhouse in the heart of Chelsea.

Our team delivered a completel overhaul of the townhouse including new underfloor heating to all levels, new lighting and audio-visual systems incorporated within a new Lutron system,  a fully bespoke joinery package and specialist finishes included micro-cement and textured wallpaper.

We liaised closely with specialist installers for the crittall and kitchen installations to deliver a scheme which is rich in quality and functional, based on the client’s requirement.

The designer’s intent to reconfigure the basement to create a Playroom, Cinema room, Office and Gym were achieved through meticulous planning and execution on site.
